If you need to reject several candidates at the same time you can do so in your dashboard. We call this action bulk rejection.

1. After login into Recrooit, go to the candidate section of the dashboard.

2. Select the candidates you wish to reject by clicking on the empty check box on the left side of their name until a checkmark appears, this means they have been selected, after making the selection you will need to mark them as rejected.

3. A question box will appear to make sure you want to reject these candidates. Press Reject candidates if you want to continue with the action or cancel if you which to wait until you reject officially.

‼️ Important Once you have rejected a candidate, they will receive a rejection letter and be removed from the candidate pool, this action is permanent so be sure before pressing the reject button.
